HJT Log - Odd files keep showing up

My computer started acting screwy a couple hours ago... pages/programs/buttons started going blank, everything was going really slow, etc. When I turned the computer off and started it back up again I noticed "iexplorerrs.exe" and "wexxbphp.exe" under Startup when I went to Msconfig. "iexplorerrs.exe" was running so I shut it down in Task Manager, but since then weird programs have been showing up under Startup every 30 minutes or so. So far I've seen "yrtudd.exe", "jwhpfnda.exe" and "okqspbaz.exe", and I've just unchecked the box next to them.

Also, AVG keeps finding a virus called "Padobot.V", but when it tries to remove it it says that "C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\85QVW9I7\x[1].exe" can't be removed.

My advice is to download and install the Microsoft beta release of Microsoft AntiSpyware, run and allow it to remove whatever it finds and flags for removal. Then recheck everything on the msconfig startup tab and reboot. Scan again with HijackThis and post a new log.
