[Inactive] Trojan.Agent svchost.exe

A window keeps poping up from Anti Malware saying "Successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website type out going port 55989, process svchost.exe"

I ran Malawarebytes and it found Trojan.Agent svchost.exec listed as a file and a memory process. Item C:\Windows\svchost.exe

I have followed the directions and closed all other applications and then clicled remove selected and then when it said restart computer and I still get the popups when the computer is restarted. How do I get this annoying trojan off my computer?
