[Inactive] Computer restarts after log in?

About two weeks ago I was on my computer, and everything was running fine. I was torrenting some things and when they finished I put them in their folders. About thirty minutes later, my computer randomly restarted. I thought it was rather odd, and decided I'd check for viruses and went to log back on. As it was loading at the welcome screen, it froze, and restarted. This happened every time. System Restores didn't do it, after they finished it told me something about not beig able to complete. I couldn't run in Safe Mode, the same thig would happen, but I kept trying and managed to get in once. I ran AVG and Spybot which both found and got rid of some things, so I restarted, thinking I'd solved the problem. I didn't. I tried to run in Safe Mode again but it kept restarting. I eventually got mad and gave up. Now, about two weeks later, I am able to get on Safe Mode with no problems. If I log in normally I get to my desktop, but I can't do anything. There's a loading icon if I hover over the Start bar. I find it rather strange that I haven't fixed anything but am now able to easily get on... then again I know next to nothing about these things. Oh, also I have no Internet connection. No idea why. Everything's plugged in just fine. I've had this computer over a year now and have never had any problems prior to this, so I don't know where this came from... maybe I tormented something that I shouldn't have?

So my question is, what do I do? I'd love to restore to factory settings, but this computer didn't have any disks... I'm on a Compaq running W7. Thanks guys.

    Welcome aboard :)

    Please, observe following rules:
    • Read all of my instructions very carefully. Your mistakes during cleaning process may have very serious consequences, like unbootable computer.
    • If you're stuck, or you're not sure about certain step, always ask before doing anything else.
    • Please refrain from running tools or applying updates other than those I suggest.
    • Never run more than one scan at a time.
    • Keep updating me regarding your computer behavior, good, or bad.
    • The cleaning process, once started, has to be completed. Even if your computer appears to act better, it may still be infected. Once the computer is totally clean, I'll certainly let you know.
    • If you leave the topic without explanation in the middle of a cleaning process, you may not be eligible to receive any more help in malware removal forum.
    • I close my topics if you have not replied in 5 days. If you need more time, simply let me know. If I closed your topic and you need it to be reopened, simply PM me.

    ==============================================================

Please, read this post, then post the requested log(s).

Use good computer and USB flash drive to download and move the above tools to bad computer.
Running those tools in safe mode will be fine for now.

    Thank you. :)

How crucial are the logs from DDS? When I tried to run it my computer restarted. Everything else worked fine, though.

Retry, if still no go, complete all steps you can.

I accidentally skipped over the Malwarebytes' step as well, and when I just tried to install it the computer restarted again. I plan to try both of those steps again tomorrow, but for now here is the gmer log.
