Active Blank internet explorer keeps popping up ?

[Active] Blank internet explorer keeps popping up ?

Each time i turn on the computer
blank internet explorer windows keep popping up without me even starting IE!
They pop up continuously & i have to keep clicking end task/process until they stop appearing by themselves (maybe after >50 popups?) :S

What can i do to stop them? >.< "
