Does anyone know how to allow users to change other users passwords. i.e. managers to change employees passwords so the IT does not have to do this task.

I would think this would be done by a script?

    TIA

Wouldn't it be easier to just let the users change their own?

If you are talking about the user who forgets his/her password, surely that can't be happening that often.

They cannot but as I said earlier, this should not be happening very often and password control properly belongs with IT/IS but even they should have a rule of resetting to some standard thing and forcing the user to change at next logon.

Anyone with domain admin rights has access to a utility to allow password resets. Anyone without admin rights should not be doing the resetting.

Any serious discussion of the how-to on this would violate the spirit, if not the letter of forum Posting Rules #6 & #10.
