My System

Hi from new member

Just introducing myself as a new member. Actually, I have been looking at this bulletin board for some years as a result of of the "Help with Windows" newsletter.

My first computer was the Timex 2000 and I taught myself how to program in BASIC and actually made some simple programs. I have purchased many computers over the years including the Commodore 64 (I used a tape recorder as a memory device) and the IBM PCjr.

Oh my! Computers are so complex now that I only think of myself as a "user" rather than really understanding them and their systems.
