Windows Internet Explorer "CANNOT FIND" Message

Hi,
I am getting the following message when I open Explorer and have tried system restore but I keep getting this message, is there a way to resolve this?

The message is as follows;
"Windows Internet Explorer "
"X Can not Find "
...:/users//appdata/LocaLlow/conduit/community%20alerts/dialogs/appnotificationdial...

"Make Surer the Path or Internet Address is correct. "

Is there a easy fix to this or should I take it to get repaired? Could it be a virus?
