I have created a couple of e-mails that I use on a regular basis that only require a couple of changes before they are sent.

I have saved them as .eml in windows directory.

Everytime i want to use them I have to go to the directory in Windows and click them.

Is there a way to put a quick open button on the tool bar in Outlook express so that it automatically opens the e-mail ready to send.

Or is there something else i can do that achieves the same result.

    Chris

I was thinking about that last night but then as I have four of them it would be difficult to tell which is which. I suppose I could put them on the Start menu.

I was just hoping it could be done in OE

    Thanks anyway

This is not practical, specially if you use 10 templates or something. Does anyone knows how to add a shortcut in Outlook folder to a template folder saved in, say, My Documents?
I used to work with Outlook 2002. You can easily add such shortcut in its Outlook bar (My Shortcuts).
Isnt there such a thing in OE?

You could make a folder in your quick launch bar and then put the shortcuts to the emails in the folder. After doing this drag the quick launch quick launch bar down as small as you can so that the two small arrows appear on it. Now, click on the small arrows and when you point you cursor at the folder it'll cascade. Not Ideal maybe, but at least you won't have a big long list of them right in the main bar. One more thing. In order for the folder to cascade it has to be located on the bar so that it's out of site until you click on the arrows. If it's not you'll have to drag the folder to a different location on the bar to get it out of site.
