I have a problem with pop up windows when I try to access the
internet using 'explorer' . The warning window says 'a website wants to open web content using this program on your computer' and repeatedly asks me to
allow / disallow...but no matter what I do there is actually no response
from the 'window' other than to disappear when I press disallow, only
to pop up again less than a minute later
i.e ...this website wants to open web content.....
    Three in particular are appearing:
    NAME..files>windowslivetoolbar/msa_sl.exe
    NAME: SkypeNames
    NAME: Adobe Flash Player
NAME: esl printables .......................these all seem
to be multiplying and are representative of programmes Ia ppear to have on the tool bar.

Please can anyone help me clear this. I'm using windows 7
