Printing out IE7 & 8 Advanced and Security Settings

We have people in the same AD groups and same policies unable to connect with specific sites. Our idea is to compare the security and advanced tab settings between at least two machines - one who can get into these sites and one who can't.

Is there a tool out there that can print a report based on these settings, so I don't have to commandeer two production computers as I run through all the settings line by line, by hand?

Maybe, although I doubt it. I've never come across such a thing.
