Resolved Why does IE8 send minimize windows to top?

IE8 has an annoying way of sending minimized window icons to the top toolbar in addition or in place of the minimized icons on the bottom. Thus if you want to close out a second opened window and you click on the X in the top right corner per IE7, you end up closing both the first minimized window as well as the one you wanted.

The only way to close out secondary windows seems to be by clicking the tiny X that is in the top toolbar that appears to the right of its minimized name.

Is there any way to get this to work the way it did in IE7 and previous?
