The only noticable problems I have at the moment is the problem staying
logged in to a site. It seems I automatically log out when I leave the
site and go to another page. And when the computer has been on for a
while I can hover the mouse over a link and the hdd will run continuously
for a full minute at least before allowing me to click the link. Don't
have a clue what is causing this. Otherwise, things seem well.
In IE: I disabled all ad-ons. No effect. Same problem. Only had three and still
have problem after disabling all. Same with FF. Only had one and problem remained the same after disabling.
To get a better understanding and an overall picture take the short
time to read these earlier threads I've made. These other problems have
been fixed and my computer is a lot better now with the exception of the
above mentioned quirks.
Thanks in advance for any help. Also, since the problem is with both browsers and each have their own section, I just posted here instead of both. Hope this is acceptable.

Log in info is stored in Cookies. You need to allow cookies...Also need to make sure no app is zapping the cookies. Many anti malware type of software zap cookies...
I had IE and FF set up to accept cookies. And I also knew that malware cleaners would clear cookies when used, I use myself once a week, but it seems that something is/was stopping cookies from being stored at some point - I've had this problem for about 2 weeks now and couldn't figure it out on my own.
I went to Tools > INternet Options > Sites > and placed this site and others in to always accept cookies. Now its working again, thanks again.
I got FF accepting cookies now. Thanks again Steve.
It seems like the simplest solutions are the most overlooked. Cookies had never crossed my mind.
