When I try to post a new message in newgroups I get this error:
"Outlook Express could not post your message. Subject 'Always on HSI not always', Account: 'news.blueyonder.co.uk', Server: 'news.blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: NNTP, Server Response: '440 Posting Not Allowed', Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 440, Error Number: 0x800CCCA9"
