Security settings are not letting me download !

    im having problems with internet explorer because whenever i try to download some file it says your security settings dont allow me to download it.
    this is getting really annoying because i cant download any games or other stuff.please help me!:eek::eek:

    1. OS? XP or Vista?
    2. Are you being blocked by Parental Controls?
