My son's computer (XP home) when you pull up Internet explorer (7), in "tools" when you click the "options" , nothing pops up or happens. In Control Panel, there is no icon for "internet options ", also none on the start menu. How can I get this to work?

If you have Spybot Search & Destory installed, it has a feature that disables access to Internet Options which you can turn off. Just poke around is SS&D to find it.

Thanks people for replying. My profile is set up as administrator, but the computer when I boot up with the XP CD to do a repair, no longer accepts my password (as system admin, or profile admin). I read the link and tried those but the insert it told me to look for and delete wasn't found on my compter anywhere. I've never run Spybot on this computer. I've look in the tweakui tool and there is no settings there for admin.
So I decided that since I was going to partition the hard drive, I'd just reformat and reload (I know there are partitioners that would let me do this with XP still loaded). This is his replacement computer (other had CPU issues that were getting out of hand. Old computer), so at least he starts out fresh.
    Anyway, thanks again.
