web pages not loading SOLVED

    The problem many people are having with IE 7 not opening web pages with out refreshing several times is caused by a corrupted winsock it can be fixed by doing a winsock rest from the cmd line.
    go to the comand line and type in netsh winsock reset then hit enter.

    Another solution:Cannot display webpage

    in whatever browser or security software being used, empty the cache and the files load quicker
