internet explorer 7 will not open home page

    when you open IE 7 it will not open the home page it shows the address but comes up saying the site can not be found. If you hit the reload button it comes up.It also seem to do it the first time you try to open other sites.

    problem with opening web pages in IE 7 solved

    The problem many people are having with IE 7 not opening web pages with out refreshing several times is caused by a corrupted winsock it can be fixed by doing a winsock rest from the cmd line.
    go to the comand line and type in netsh winsock reset then hit enter.
