Links open in a small window

Tried the beta version of IE7 and downloaded the final version. Overall no problems except when I click on a link it opens in a small window and I have to click maximize to make it open in a full window. I have tried stretching the window to full screen and tried maximizing the window with no apparent luck because when I open another link it still opens in a small window. Thanks, Jack

Close the first window
While HOLDING the CTRL Key, drag the new window to the size you want and then lick File-> Exit

Jack57--Is this when you open the link in a New Window?
If so, do what you have been doing. Now size the New Window to the dimensions you want. Then close the original window (the one that had the link). Then close the New Window. Next time, the New Window should open to the dimensions you chose.

My System

An alternative is to use IE New Window Maximizer - works fine with IE 7.
