try as i may i just can not get the instalation to complete even on a re-start and disableing my anti virus i dont understand the link below which should help resolve the issue.

Did you try following the instructions step by step under the heading "Method 2 "? If so, on which step did you get stuck?

Hey i have the same problems with the mailto keys...can any 1 help or did any1 find the solution?
