I receive pictures from Webshots every day. However, today when I click to download a picture I get the following, "this object has been blocked." It is the same with IE6 and FireFox. I have entered the webpage in both to allow. I have done the same with my firewall, ZA Suite 6.5. No luck. Any ideas?

RR36--Forgive my ignorance. In what form are you "receiving" these pictures? As attachments (or insertions) in emails?
I can only talk about Outlook Express. There are several settings on OE Tools|Options|Read tab and Security tabs that will block the viewing of images received by OE email. Like "Do not allow attachments..." and "Block images..." on the Security tab, and "Read all messages in plain text" on the Read tab.
Or do you mean that you cannot see the images on a webpage? What do you see where the image should be? There are many solutions for this, but the simplest are to click Refresh, right click where the image should be|Show Picture, and in IE Tools|Internet Options|Advanced tab|under Multmedia check "Show pictures ".
Or do you mean you cannot download the images to your hard drive? Is this something new?
As mentioned there are many other "fixes" if these do not work, so please define the problem in more detail.
