Hi all,
I have a miner problem.
It used to be that when I clicked on a link, it would open the page in a new window. After my restore (Ghost) it will no longer do that. I know there is a setting somewhere, but I can not find it.
Any one know how to set that?

Thanks
Sven

I'm not aware of any setting as such in IE, except right click on a link > Open in new window.

If the link is in a web aware program, say Outlook Express, then there is a setting (in IE) under Tools > Internet Options > Advanced - uncheck 'Reuse windows for launching shortcuts'.

Hi Pete,
I am in the office now and when I click on your "quicklinks", it opens in a new window. When I am at home, it will replace the window that I am in with the new window. I hade both computer the same, but now it will not do it the same way. Strange.
Thanks anyway.
Sven

If you go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, and scroll down just a little bit, there is a checkbox labeled "Reuse window for internet shortcuts". Uncheck this box, and it should fix your problem.

Thanks,

~Kathie
