Our computer running Windows Me only prints the header of Outlook Express messages. The rest of page is blank. This apparently happened as a result of defragmenting the hard drive. Can anybody suggest where to look to correct this problem?

robtcraig--Do you mean that you can see the message when you are viewing OE but cannot print the message, or that you can see (and print) only the header?
    This might offer some help

Welshjim -- Thanks for your reply and the question which I will try to clarify. Everything looks normal when the message is displayed in Outlook Express. When the message is sent to the printer, the header (From:, To:, Sent:, and Subject) is the only text that is printed. I should have also mentioned that I am using a HP 5P laser printer.

Welshjim -- I forgot to mention that I had visited http://support.microsoft.com/kb/887797 and as far as I could tell it did not address my problem. I have also searched for any other help from the MS Web pages.
The Window Me is Version 4.90.3 and Internet Explorer is V. 6.0.2800.1106. I think both programs include all the latest updates.

Welshjim -- Problem solved by reloading the printer driver. Just what I should have done when I first discovered the problem. However, that did not enter my mind because the header was printing. Thanks for the suggestions.
