It's been a week now that Internet Explorer is very slow. From the main home page (MSN), I try to click "games", it is taking some time to load the page. I type www.blablabla.com, it takes some time to load the page as well. Not to mention the green bar at the bottom of the page, sometimes get's stuck or doing nothing (not moving). Oh, sometimes, I see a white page on the screen while it trys to open . Can you please assist me in this problem? I have cable, windows XP and I don't know what else to say, very new to puters!

You have problably managed to pickup some spyware that is causing the delay.
Head on over to the Security forum on this board, and closely follow the steps in the Welcome post. There are some automated tools that clean up most of it, and some data collection tools to get help removing the nasty ones.
thank you for the quick response, I shall try to do what you told me. I have run Microsoft Antispyware Beta and found nothing of those bad "things" The computer of my husband does the same thing, slow. But thank you very much indeed for replying to my post, very nice!
