Unable to combine two address books in OE

This problem not answered by Steve's sticky note at top of forum.
Running Dell Dimension Desktop (new) with WindowsXP+SP2 with OE6. Transferred The opening window on OE6 provides two somewhat different Address Books. I transferred my folders and address book via CD from old (year 2000 with Windows98SE plus OE6) to new. Worked ok except for address book.
The one accessed from icon along top, labelled "Address Book-Main Entity" does not have all my addresses...perhaps 80% of them.
The one located in a separate compartment, on the left, underneath the index for my storage folders of prior messages, in and out (which works fine, by the way), has all the addresses. It is labelled "Contacts
I am unable to figure out how to move the 20% from here to the Main Address book. Or should I do the reverse? In either case, how to combine?

The easiest way is to use OE's Import feature, located on the File menu.

Tell it to import from a store folder then point it at the wab file that contains the data you want to import into the main address book.
