L Steed--How did you delete it? What did you delete? Or do you mean that you removed the ability to access it? (In most versions of windows msimn.exe is the OE executable. Do a Find for it, and if you find it, click on it. If that works, you can create a shortcut to it by right click|Create Shortcut.)
    If that does not help---
I never ran Win95, but I assume you have a Control Panel and in it an icon something like Add/Remove. When you click on that, you may be offered a Windows Setup tab. Click on that. Can you find OE in there? You may be able to restore access to OE or even reinstall OE from there.

Thanks Jim for responding. I was deleting things off of my desktop and by accident I clicked on Outlook Express. When I go to " find it" it says the path cannot be found. I will try what you said about the control panel. I have gone there and it will tell me the fokder where OLE is and when I pull it up it has about 20 folders all with abbreviations on them. This computer was given to me so I don't know which folder to click on, nor does the previous owner.

    Godspeed,
    L Steed

L Steed--Look forward to hearing further whether you have any success, especially in finding msimn.exe which would indicate that you still have OE installed on the PC. (Or are you saying running a Find on msimn.exe indicates it cannot be found?)
Most of things you have on your Desktop are only shortcuts and not the program itself. So deletion of a shortcut normally should not be a big deal. It is easy to create another shortcut.
But I never ran Win95, so really cannot say much more. I hope someone with Win95 experience will chime. Did you get any CD with the PC?
