Saving messages from OE

Is there a way I can transfer my messages from Outlook Express to another PC?

SilentMajority--Are you talking about transfer of a single message so you can read it on another PC or transferring your entire Inbox, etc.?
The first can be accomplished by just opening the message, clicking File|SaveAs which will create an .eml file. That can be moved to another PC that runs OE and read it.
Transferring your entire OE files is discussed here

But you may also want to consider a free program called DBX Extract
