not recieving e mail cards only
not recieving e cards that people send me...just started 2 days ago...seem to be getting all my other mail ok....help?

That's too little information for us to go on. What are your system Specs? What Version of Windows are you running? Which ISP are you using? Have you tried to send yourself one?

I'm sorry...lol I am running windows 98..I'm not sure about the specs or where to find them...I did send myself a card, and never got it...this only started happening a couple of days ago..my server is a local cpmpany..mesh.net...it's the only one I can get where I live...lol..thank you so much for answering

So it's safe to assume then, that up until 2 days ago you were able to recieve these same cards?
Have you done all your critical windows updates?
Done a recent and updated virus scan?

I have norton anti virus program and keep it updated...haven't done a windows update in about 2 months...will check on that...yes, I have been receiving e cards ...2 days ago a some friends asked how I liked the Easter cards they sent..I had never gotten them in my e mail...so I sent one to myself this morning...never got it...thank you hon...really do appreciate the help

Sorry I couldn't be of much help. It's very odd indeed. Please do your updates, there have been a few in the last 2 months. It's not just one particular site that you can't recieve from? It's all ecard sites right?

yes...it's all ecards....I will do those updates and see what happens..I have been trying to reach my server to see if they can help. Hopefully they will call me back...again, thank you...I will let you know if I find anything out.

Hey Sazy,

Try sending yourself a card from a different site, it could be that your email sees that particular site as spam and filters it out.

Thank you Harry....I tried that...it still didn't work...I called my isp, but they never called back...lol....maybe they will contact me this week.
