All that needs to be done is to put the addresses of all recipients into the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field.

And if you are not offered Bcc: as an option in the Create Message window, you can get it by clicking View|All Headers in that window.

To expand on what Miz has posted .....

I have a 'name' in my Address Book - 'Undisclosed Recipient' for which the email address is mine.

To send messages to a group of people without disclosing all their email addresses I send the message to 'Undisclosed Recipient' with bcc to all others on the list.

Oh, and it is not a very good idea to do that.

If you want to send it to a list of people, do it like indicated above, but put your own email address in the To field.

There's a lot of anti-spam software that will filter out, or penalize on the "Undisclosed Recipient" in the "To" address.

Arie--I just send the message to everyone in the Bcc: field with no address--not even mine--in the To: field. Everyone seems to get it, but who knows? I guess it does not hurt to put my address in To:.

LOL
I usually use Daddy's addy in the "to" line, so that he gets the spam. My revenge for him buying that doggone Dell!

Sure it may work... but there is anti-spam software that penalize the use of "Undisclosed Recipient" in the "To" address, so I'm just suggesting a "work around"...
