Disable SP2 security center for content on my computer

I have downloaded Service Pack 2.

Now, IE sounds alarms and blocks scripts for selfmade HTML-pages with scripts on my computer drives.

How do I disable this so IE only protect me from scripts etc. on the web.

I tried lowering the security level on "Local Intranet" and adding my drives on "Websites I trust".
