Yahoo.com won't open

For some reason, for the longest time, I have been unable to type www.yahoo.com into my browser and have it come up. I can't get to it any other way either! I CAN go through google and search and then hit cached, but I can't hit the link itself, as it comes up as this page cannot be displayed. I have looked into my settings and can't find what could be the problem, and I have no problems with ANY other site! Any ideas!?!?

By chance do you have Yahoo in your restricted sites?
Tools>Internet Options>Security>Restricted Sites

 

NO! That was one of the first things I checked.. Any other ideas?? Thanks for any help...

Download HijackThis from link in my signature. Save it to a permanent folder (I create a new folder in C:\ named HJT). Open and hit scan, then save log. Once it is saved it will open in notepad. Select all from the edit button, copy and paste the results here. Don't fix anything with it yet! Someone experienced with the logs will advise you.

Thank you so much, I was actually reminded, I HAD HijackThis already and I ran it. I picked through the list until I found a bunch of things I KNOW didn't belong.. It has been a while since I ran it and this reminded me I should do it more often. Thank you!
