Previously the title bar for Internet Explorer showed Internet Explorer-[web page name].

Currently it only displays [web page name]-. Any ideas?

I use a simple pop up stopper that depends on window name. Thanks!!

Go to start/run type regedit click OK navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main then in the right pane scroll to window title see if it says what is showing in the title bar. You can right click and modify it to say what you like.

Be careful in the registry and backup first.
