Links automatically minimize

Whenever I click on a link on an open IE page, it automatically minimizes, forcing me to right-click and maximize it. I tried right clicking the link while on the main page and selecting open in a new window, but it still minimizes.

Any help would be appreciated!

My System

When you get the window open, manually drag the sides out and then press the Control key as you exit out of that window.

I have noticed that it also helps if you check the size of your parent IE window [the first one opened] by clicking on and adjusting the restore down/maximize button. Lot's of times a second or third browser window will open defaulted to that size.

NOTE*Make sure your IE shortcut>properties are set to run in a "maximized" or "normal" window size.
