But are you sure your problem (which you have not disclosed) is (only) due to BHO's? Maybe you have cookies from these sites that are the problem.
Get a cookie manager, like Cookie Jar http://www.jasons-toolbox.com/cookiejar.asp
which will tell you what cookies you have and allow you to delete those you do not want.
And for the future, after you have cleaned this stuff off your hard drive, you might want to set up a HOSTS file (not HOSTS.sam) and put these two sites into it. That will prevent access to these sites. http://www.accs-net.com/hosts/ http://www.smartin-designs.com/
