Question Sending web page by email in IE does not work

I have IE6 and OE 6. When I wish to send a web page to someone and I go to file/send page by email nothing happens. I have windows me, both OE and IE are my default handlers. I have tried Microsoft Newsgroups and Virtual Dr with no luck. Now I have found this forum, maybe someone here has a fix for this problem. I must tell you that I can send a web page by email with Netscape Messenger.

Internet Explorer and Outlook Express must be your default Browser and email client to get send link, send page to work.
If you want to make them default go to the tools menu in IE and then Internet Options. Click the reset web settings button. Choose yes in the next window. If you do not want your home page to change take the check out of Also reset my homepage before you click yes.
Also put a check in IE should check to see if it is the default browser.
Close IE and reopen it.
You may also have to open Outlook Express and click the make default button at the bottom of the general tab.
Then go back to the tools menu, Internet Options and click on the programs tab. Make sure OE is listed as your Email Client.
