compact flash port, SD port, USB key port

I have an HP Pavilion a400n. The media bay is not reading memory cards, such as Compact Flash, SD, etc... The USB keys work but the auto play feature is not working. please advise... This computer was infected with viruses and Windowsbbs was able to help me get that resolved, but now I am having issues with the media bay.

My System

Hi tylerho, Did you have to reinstall Drivers after your virus clean out? I would try an update of drivers for your Media Reader. Go to HP and see if there are any BIOS updates and Download from there.Neil.
