[Resolved] HP printer does not detect the refilled black cartridge

hi,
this evening i got my black cartridge (HP Deskjet F735) filled up for the first time.After inserting it in the printer it it still shows zero level of ink in the cartridge.i.e it says it has no ink in the cartridge.
plz help what could be the problem?

That will always be the case when you re-fill a cartridge. The smart chip tells the printer it is empty and you cannot reset the chip.

I've fixed the problem.an opening was partially blocked so I got it completely open from the local hardware store.
