Deleted Sound off my laptop

Hey everyone!
I'm completely new to this site so i'm sorry if this question is somewhere else and already answere. It was just really confusing for me at the moment.
While making room on my computer I aparently deleted the drivers for my sound card. When I try to play anything I get the error: Itunes/Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with the sound device.

I have a Dell Latitude D600 and am completely lost, I've tried looking everywhere but it always brought me up to something weird or it wouldn't work. I would LOVE if someone could walk me through it step by step.

Thanks!

Welcome to WindowsBBS

The sound driver for your Dell is here, under Audio ....

http://support.dell.com/support/down...n&catid=&impid

Download the driver, save to hard drive and double click on the file to run.
