Our goal is to become the leading resource for computer users that require assistance with their day-to-day computer usage, including full support for networking PC's, virus & malware removal, system upgrades and general support questions.
this is a little strange and for the life of me i cant figure it out. client has an all in one office jet 7310. she can send out faxes just fine problem is when receiving them device does not pick up but heres where it gets strange.
if i use my cell phone at clients location and phone the fax machine the fax wakes up and tried to receive. again if i use her other phone line the fax responds just fine but when someone from the outside tried calling the fax machine the device wont pick up. settings are fine did the test fax and it also passed just fine.
machine just wont pick up the signal from the outside world and it has in the past but just stopped recently. any thoughts cuz this makes no sense to me.
