BSOD (Memory Dump) Has killed me

I have a Dell laptop (400mhz 128mb) with W2kPro. I suddenly got the BSOD with a message having something to do with "Memory Dump" if I remember correctly. I tried to reboot and the computer wouldn't even POST. When I power up, the LED lights come on, flicker a little and then it shuts off. The screen doesnt light up, nor does the hard drive spin.
What the....
Is it a bad memory module? This has been a very stable computer and I'm surprised it's acting this way.
Help.. I need my laptop...
Hammer
PS... to avoid the obvious questions... the AC power cord is plugged in and the battery is good... The HD is good.

My System

I don't think there's much we can do on a forum, seeing that the maching doesn't even POST. Seems time to visit your HW supplier or call Dell support.
