Hey,
I got my daughters MP3 players for Christmas. I've figured out how to transfer files to them but I have a problem.
My computer's USB ports are blocked by the case and I cannot plug the MP3 player into my computer.
My daughters computer's USB port works so I can hook up to that one but
all my MP3 files are on my computer.
I backed up my MP3 files to CD about a year ago. I have made MP3 files from my CD collection since then so there are more MP3 files on my computer than on the CD's I backed up to.
Can I somehow compare the CD's with whats on my computer and burn only the files that I don't allready have burned on CD?
There are quite a few so trying to go thru them and compare the files would be very time consuming.
Also .. since the MP3 player holds 512mb can it be used to transfer large zipped or *.exe files that I download on my brothers computer since he has Highspeed Cable but I'm stuck with Dialup?
Thanks Allot

?...do a "search and find" (.mp3) files dated later than those on the CD (advanced search). Copy the files to a temporary folder and burn those to a disk (in XP you may just have to highlight, right-click, and copy to the disk).
