Video Card dead?

I have a Radeon 7000, and when I turned it on this morning to check tthe status of an online order, and I walked away. I came back, and the monitor was black, with the little hand cursor in the middle. So, I clicked where I remembered my username being, entered my password, and I could tell stuff had changed. It was obviously loading my account. Because I have this card in such a small case, and I have it overclocked (25MHz Core and Clock) I thought heat may have just finally killed. Is this possible? I didnt think that 25MHz was enough to cause death...If there is ANY way to fix this, I'd like to know. Its my only video card and I don't want to have to stop playing games. In fact, my new mtherboard doesn't even have integrated grphics...

Only way to know for sure if it's dead is to try it in another pc. And or try another card in your pc.
