Angry HELP! Copy system partition in XP

I could really use some help. I am trying to either extend the system partition or copy it to another drive without using a sector copy that will recreate the same size partition. I also don't have the money to spend on a program, and all the free ones just don't quite cut it. I am running windows XP home with two drives, I just ******* myself by only making the partition 2.5GB. Help please before I am bald

Found these:

http://www.ranish.com/part/
Partition Manager, not sure if it works on NTFS systems. Haven't used it before.

http://www.xxcopy.com/
Copy program. Worked well for me on a FAT32 system, but the switches are hard to fathom. Be prepared for a lot of reading before using it.

http://www.ntfs.com/products.htm
Copy from NTFS to FAT32. Haven't used it.

Also if you have 2 HDD's the HDD manufacturers utilites can copy from one drive to another (maybe complete HDD's though).

See if Norton Ghost, Drive Image or Partition Magic have trial software.
