Thanks for replys guys.Calculus was right on,I switched 100mhz and it fired right up and is working well. But two things that concern me are that my cpu is listed to be an Athlon 1250 mhz thunderbird. What I bought was 2000 xp+ @ 1.67 ghz. Also my graphics ****. It shows I have 640x480 16 colors. Could this be do to the change I made to cpu clock speed? or did I miss somting in setup? I have all of the windows updates.
But with all that said I am quite happy with the way things turned out, being my first pc built.

Yes, it is becuase you have changed the clock speed, but before you go changing it back to 133 you need to set the bios to some kind of bios defaults, hopefully you are able to load 'Fail Safe Defaults'. This will allow the system to boot at the higher clock speed.
I had similar troubles with my motherboard, I had to slow down the processor, get it to boot and then change the bios to allow the faster clock speed to boot. After that you can make slow changes in your bios to boot system performance.
