Zone Alarm blocking itunes store connection

How do i allow the firewall with ZA let itunes connect. when i disable ZA no problem connecting to itunes. with ZA on i cannot connect to itunes.

 

Have you configured zone alarm firewall to allow all associated components of itunes, for example: itunes, quick time, bonjour

Open zone alarm firewall program control and run through the program list and make sure there are green checks allowing itunes required programs access. Or you can switch zone alarm to learning mode and then open up itunes and let zone alarm configure it. If you opt for the learning mode remember to move the slider back when you are done configuring itunes.
Also, in the zone alarm firewall clicking help can give you screens and explanations on program control, if you need it.
