Unhappy Problems with Norton (When isn't there?).

I recently checked my Norton (Symantec) protection centre. Everything seems to be working fine except when I tried to view the Online Virus Encyclopaedia. Then I got a pop-up stating Norton Security Online Error & telling me to uninstall then re-install Norton Online. I eventually did this with the help of my provider; BT Yahoo. After a process of some three & a half hours this was eventually achieved. The problem is still the same. I can go online & view the encyclopaedia by googling it. I get exactly the same pop-up if I click for any security information. The people at BT Yahoo assure me that everything is fine & working & I have all the updates. Has anyone else had this problem?

My System

I suggest waiting for a reply on the Norton support forums.

Maybe someone has run into this before, though I doubt it.

Yes, thanks, I have done this. It has been flagged for a Norton member to look at. I have a screen print of the pop up but I seem to be having trouble copying & pasting it into a forum reply.

Is it the same as C & P'ing into any document?
