Comodo vs ZoneAlarm Security Suite

I have been using Zonealarm Security Suite for the last few years.
The computer person who came to my office today said that he uses Comodo on his own computer, but he installs Zonealarm free version on customer's computers.

I've stopped using Zonealarm Security Suite 2 weeks ago when I formatted my hard drives. I just got tired of it the program.

I went to the Comodo web site and it looks like they have several programs that together would be the equivalent of a security suite.

Instead of asking 10 separate questions, I'll just ask one:
1. Is Comodo better, and in what ways is it better?

p.s. he uses AVG free on his own computer.

p.s.s. I just surf the internet.

Thanks for the education.

I have used a number of products, including ZoneAlarm Security Suite and Comodo.

I decided I did not need a suite. What I did want was a firewall with inbound/outbound program configurations.

So, I am currently using ZoneAlarm AntiVirus, which gives me that plus AV.

You're going to receive as many different opinions as there are posters. It's really a matter of opinion. Some like suites. Some don't. Some prefer Commodo. Some prefer Zone Alarm. They all more or less do the same thing in spite of the so-called facts stated by each one of us through our re-iterating our experiences with such-and-such a suite or combination of apps. It's all irrelevant. If you've been reasonably happy and without many interruptions with ZA, then stick with it. Simple as that.

My System

I'll ditto that.

Most of the security programs are at par. Some would give you an extra option that you may or may not require.

Try out various softwares & stick with the ones that you like & can understand.
