I found you much the same way, via a google search.
I have WinToolsA.exe on my computer and was able to follow the instructions as far as services.msc goes. However I can't find a few of the files you have listed to erase on HijackThis.
Here's my log after the services.msc-

First look in Add/Remove, and see if WinTools is listed. If there, do the uninstall, reboot. Then open HijackThis and remove these lines with all browsers and Windows Explorer closed.

Reboot, and then delete the C:\Program Files\Common Tools\WinTools and C:\Program Files\Sep folders.

Download CWShredder version 1.59 from my signature. Save it to your desktop.
Go to start>run and type services.msc. Locate Wintools in the list, right click and stop. Right click again and select properties. Set to disabled and OK out.
Right click My Computer and choose properties. On system restore tab, check the box to turn off. OK out.
Scan again with HijackThis and place a check next to the following entries. Close ALL other windows and click fix.

Open CWShredder, with ALL other windows closed, click fix.
Go to start>run and type msconfig, hit enter. On the boot.ini tab, check the box next to /safeboot and OK. Yes to restart. This will restart your computer in safe mode.
Now in safe mode, you will need to show hidden files and folders.
Open C:\Program Files and delete the folders SEP and Wild Tangent if present.
Open C:\Program Files\Common files and delete the folder WinTools.
Open C:\Windows\Temp, select all and delete.
Open C:\Documents and settings\username\Local Settings\temp, select all and delete. Do this for all usernames.
Open C:\Windows\Prefetch, select all and delete.
Open My Computer, right click Local disk C: and choose properties, then disk cleanup. Check all boxes except compress old files and OK.
Uncheck the /safeboot box in msconfig andrecheck everything you have unchecked on the startup tab, then ok to reboot.
Back in Windows, you can re-enable system restore.
Scan your PC with RAV. Check the box to autoclean. If any files are infected and uncleanable, click the report button then copy and paste it here, along with a new HijackThis log.
