Problem with iexplorer

I have run searches with Norton's and Ad-aware. I cannot locate the source of the problems on my computer. Multiple internet explorer programs are being opened when I view task manager. I looked one day and there were about 50 of them open and were using all of my memory. I close them but they come back. I tried updateing all my virus definitions and running in safe mode but I cannot get rid of the problem. Does this sound familiar to anyone. What virus is it?

Hello Cumby,

To start:
Scan your system with an on-line virus service http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

CWShredder http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

Download Hijackthishttp://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html then post here.

Do NOT fix anything with HijackThis - wait for help.

Regards - Charles

This sounds like WinTools. Try the above advice first, please be sure to post the HijackThis log.
