Angry music search trojan

Hi,has anyone encountered this nasty. Its just called "music search" my fiance has had it invade her system,me thinks her brother may be the culprit letting it in from some nafarious site. The AVG virus prog latched on to it quick enough and dealt with it,but it keeps recurring, seemingly when the machine has been idle for a few mins.I had her update and run spybot, plus the immunization and remove the unwanted's.She also has AGNITUM outpost firewall running.I suspect it has entered via IE.Can it be removed easily and made to cease and desist permanently, and maybe as a bonus where did it most likely come from so that to can be blacklisted.Once again I thank the learned ones in anticipation.
