errror 651 [cannot connect to Internet]

    I have a hp windows 7 professional (laptop) all of a sudden cant get online says there is no connection everyone else in house has it. :confused:

    Welcome to the Boards. Is this wired or wireless you are having this problem?
    Try shuting down the router, modem and the PC. Turn modem back on and let is set for a couple of minutes till the lights settle down. Do the same with the router. Then turn on the PC and see what happens.
